Ana Sionov

I am a psychologist, gestalt psychotherapist and HR Leader with a passion for creating health workplaces and enhancing the well-being of individuals within organizations. As the Head of People and Culture at Badin Soft, I lead the development and implementation of the people and culture strategy, oversee the entire HR function, and promote the company culture and values.  With a background in organizational psychology and gestalt psychotherapy, I am giving my best to bring a unique blend of therapeutic insight and organizational expertise to my role. Additionally, I am the founder of HR uNIty, the first HR community in the South of Serbia. This community serves as a platform for HR professionals to connect, collaborate, and grow together. It’s a testament to my commitment to building a strong network and supporting the development of HR practices in our region.  I’m a big advocate for mental health and love sharing knowledge to promote awareness.
