Vanessa Camenzuli is an employer branding and communications strategist with over a decade of direct employer branding experience gained in both communications and HR teams. Now focused on her freelance consultancy, Vanessa is adamant to support organisations of all sizes master their talent attraction, engagement and retention challenges through strong employer branding, communications and employee experience design. Based in Malta, but working internationally, Vanessa has rolled out projects spanning from mission, vision, values development, employee engagement and onboarding experiences, to talent attraction strategies for new offices, internal communications for HR initiatives, and delivery of leadership culture workshops. Organisation’s she’s worked with include KPMG Malta, Vodafone, Nium and Evolution Gaming. Vanessa offers dynamic solutions bringing together marketing creativity and effective communications, with human-based interventions designed for behavioral change. She holds a Master’s in Business & Organisational Psychology, and is an ICF-trained business coach.
