Sibila is a psychologist originally from Split who has been working with IT organizations and the people within them in various ways for the past 7 years. She began her career at an international headhunting agency, was part of the Nexi corporation, and then found her niche in the scale-up world—first at Reversing Labs (cybersecurity) and now at reev (sustainable mobility) as an expert on various topics including strategic talent attraction, brand definition, HR partnering, etc.

She is also completing her education to become a Gestalt psychotherapist in Zagreb, with a mission to nurture the human factor in the corporate world.

In her free time, she loves to travel, engage in sports, and enjoy fine food.
