Positive Psychology Trainer, Coach, Consultant, Speaker and Author. Since 2016 he has been running her own business in which she works internationally with organizations (corporations, public organizations, as well as smaller enterprises) and individuals to improve well-being and develop leadership with scientifically based principles of positive psychology, following a 10-year corporate career working as a consultant and manager. She has a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology (UK) and another one in engineering, she is a certified coach (EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner, PrinciplesYou Assessment Coach and Corporate Wellbeing Coach), and a Certified Business Trainer. She also completed her certificate in the Science from Happiness at Work (Berkeley, USA). At the World Business Executive Coaching Summit in 2022 she was voted as one of the top 10 speakers. Employers are increasingly interested in employee wellbeing because they realise the impact it has to their brand. However, it’s not easy to design a good (enough) strategy around it. Using positive psychology insights and best practices from different companies (as well as reports) this presentation will reveal what to take into consideration when designing a sound wellbeing strategy. What succeeds, what fails and why, and what has the biggest impact on employee wellbeing, the bottom line, and the brand.
